Chase Behringer is the Founder of Silicon Valley Social Value (SVSV) and has mobilized more than $500M on behalf of major philanthropists and their foundations. Her firm also advises nonprofit organizations on readiness for major investment, including capital campaigns, digital transformation, and AI enablement.
Before founding SVSV, Chase was on the management team at The Bridgespan Group (incubated by Bain & Company), the leading consultancy for global foundations and nonprofit organizations. In addition, she was a member of the leadership team at Samahope (incubated by Samasource), an award-winning tech nonprofit acquired by Johnson & Johnson. She frequently speaks on technology and innovation within the sector.
In her spare time, Chase enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and children, and building AI tools. She holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from MIT, and she serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations.
The SVSV digital readiness index consolidates data from hundreds of Form 990 tax filings and public websites to gather key insights about non-profit digital health. The index provides a perspective on which tech investments correlate to nonprofit growth over an 18-year period.
